About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience to develop, customize, and support applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ITSM processes, platform development, and automation while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily ITSM modules.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
  • Create workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Workflow.
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows.
  • Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance problems.
  • Manage deployments using Update Sets and follow release best practices.
  • Support CMDB configuration and maintain platform data integrity.
  • Lead solution demonstrations, sprint demos, and user walkthroughs for stakeholders, showcasing developed features and gathering feedback.
  • Document technical solutions and follow ServiceNow development standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and GlideRecord.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
  • Experience with Flow Designer and/or Workflow.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request).
  • Experience with Service Catalog development.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Update Sets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
